Furr by Blitzen Trapper

In my hiatus, I bought little new music and have been listening to music that I already had. One album that I hadn't listened to but had been carrying around for awhile was Blitzen Trapper's Furr. If you have seen the new Seventh Generation Commerical, you have heard to title song "Furr". Blitzen Trapper is obviously heavily influenced by the likes of Tom Petty and Bob Dylan. This group reminds me of Jet, in that they are able to truly pay hommage to the greats of Rock and Roll and represent the next generation of talent.

Fell off the face of the Planet

Made a visit to the underbelly of my world and have now returned. For the last couple of months, I have been wasting time listening to the same music, watching TV, redecorating and painting my bathroom and getting ready for a party. I haven't picked up a book or even magazine in two months. But today is a new day. Spring has sprung, the party has been had and I am starting to feel the surge of new energy running through me. So with that, I will begin to post again.
